As we continue to monitor the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our clients, our employees and their families is our top priority.
We have implemented preventative measures and taken additional steps to help safeguard anyone who visit our firm.
While the severity of this situation remains top of mind, so is providing a great experience with exceptional service to our clients. To provide you with a safe environment:
- All employees have been trained on preventative steps they will take to ensure desks are clean. Including disinfecting used surfaces periodically.
- All employees have been advised to stay home if they are unwell.
- None of our employees have travelled outside the country in the last 8 weeks.
We are offering an enhanced drop off service where clients can limit sitting time in the office.
Clients can and are encouraged to drop off their paperwork and when available their file is complete, we can email/fax their signed tax to be returned to us.
We are also offering a upload service for those clients that want to digitally leave their paperwork with us. Please call us for details.
We also accept electronic e-transfer as a method of payment.
